Ty leads Age of Learning’s expanding Schools Division, focusing on scaling district implementation and the company’s school solutions, which include the adaptive, personalized mastery learning programs My Math Academy and My Reading Academy. Ty is responsible for the company’s K-12 efforts including sales, marketing, and customer success.
Prior to Age of Learning, Ty spent nearly 15 years at Imagine Learning, where he served as Vice President and was responsible for defining market strategies, building high-performing sales teams, and collaborating with education leaders at the local, state, and federal levels. Ty also held leadership roles at SunCom Wireless.
Ty received his BA from Old Dominion University. During school, he worked with the Urban League of Hampton Roads at an after-school program, tutoring in underserved neighborhoods. This experience ignited a passion for providing necessary support for every student.
