Patrons in a growing number of communities can now also check out ABCmouse accounts from their local library to use at home through the Bring Learning Home initiative.
Age of Learning also offers free ABCmouse for Community Centers accounts to community centers, including afterschool programs, and public housing authorities. In July 2015, as a partner in the White House's Connect Home initiative, Age of Learning pledged to make ABCmouse available for free to families living in public housing in 27 cities and one tribal nation. Age of Learning has since expanded this commitment by making ABCmouse available to all U.S. public housing authorities in their computer rooms.

Developed in collaboration with experts at SRI and NORC at the University of Chicago, these assessments encompass preschool through early elementary skills and can be used to evaluate a child’s learning progress.
In addition to the core ABCmouse Early Learning Academy app, Age of Learning has developed eight unique mobile apps that families can use with their ABCmouse subscription at no additional cost. Available on iOS and Android tablets and smartphones and organized by academic subject and activity type, these apps help children quickly discover and access hundreds of Learning Activities from the ABCmouse curriculum. Seven of these apps can be used in offline mode, when families are traveling or cannot use mobile data service. “This website took me by surprise. At first glance, ABCmouse appears to be a standard, cartoon-style educational website. Upon entering the site, however, the amount of educational materials, the organization of the classroom levels, the ease of navigation and available help features, and sheer depth of activities available is almost overwhelming. This may be the first website that I have seen that is truly an online classroom, terrific for preschool through kindergarten students.”

My child loves to ‘work’ on the computer and learned very easily how to move the mouse, click and drag, and other computer skills. He will now enter kindergarten already knowing these computer skills.”
